Bat Biscuit Recipe

Kids love biscuits and sometimes it’s nice to play around with the shape and give them something new to eat.

Below is a recipe for our Batman Biscuits, which always seem to go down well with our superhero loving children.

Batman

Pre-heat the oven to 180c.

Bat Biscuit Recipe

  • 275g Plain flour
  • 100g Caster sugar
  • 175g Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Blend together the ingredients, mixing together until you have a dough. At this point you can wrap in cling flim and put in the fridge for around 10 mins.

Next,  simply roll the biscuit dough out on a well floured surface until it is around 3cm in thickness and use a bat shaped cutter to cut out the biscuit shapes. We managed to make around 35 biscuits using this recipe, by combining any left over dough and rolling it out again.

Finally, place the biscuits on a greased baking tray and bake for around 10-12 mins. When ready sprinkle with some demerara sugar.
