Woodfired Zucchini Pizza with a Garlic Herb Sauce

Our latest pizza is made with Zucchini (Courgette) and a Garlic and Herb Sauce.

It’s delicious.

Garlic and Herb Dip Ingredients:

  • Equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Chives
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
