Day 1

  • 300g Type 00 Flour
  • 300ml Water
  • 3g Yeast

Day 2

  • 700g Type 00 Flour
  • 400ml Water
  • 10ml Olive Oil
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Yeast

Day 3
