Home made sauces for dipping. In this video we make a Garlic and Herb Dip, a Chilli Cheese Dip and a Sweet and Smokey dip.
They are all delicious.
Garlic and Herb Dip Ingredients:
- Equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream.
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Chives
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Chilli Cheese Dip Ingredients:
- 50g Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- Milk
- Hard Cheese (grated)
- 1 Green Chilli (chopped)
- Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Sweet and Smokey Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder (add more for more heat)
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Powder (add more for more heat)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
