Sauces for Pizza Crusts | Woodfired Pizza

Our latest video is an incentive for those who don’t eat their crusts.

Home made sauces for dipping. In this video we make a Garlic and Herb Dip, a Chilli Cheese Dip and a Sweet and Smokey dip.

They are all delicious.

Garlic and Herb Dip Ingredients:

  • Equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Chives
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Chilli Cheese Dip Ingredients:

  • 50g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • Milk
  • Hard Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Green Chilli (chopped)
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Sweet and Smokey Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder (add more for more heat)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Powder (add more for more heat)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
