This latest video is for a delicious Woodfired Crispy Pineapple Pizza. As I little experiment (In this video and the next) I thought I would make this pizza a little thinner using an empty wine bottle as a rolling pin, a technique I saw somewhere, but not sure where. I have to say it seemed to work, although if I was to try again I would likely cook at a lower temperature (around 350c) for an overall crispier pizza.
