This latest video is for a delicious Woodfired Crispy Vegetarian Pepperoni Pizza.
As in the last video, I thought I would make this pizza a little thinner using an empty wine bottle as a rolling pin, a technique I apparently saw a New York Pizzeria use (who knew?).
I have to say it seemed to work, but again, I would likely cook at a lower temperature (around 350c) for an overall crispier pizza.
This pizza tastes great and spicy, so what is not to love? I hope you enjoy the video.
