Joe Anderson In this latest video, I cook salmon in the Gozney Dome using a Cedar wood plank.
Since we don’t have a door and the salmon was quite thick, it took around 20 mins to cook.
It was absolutely delicious though and well worth cooking in the woodfired oven.
