Joe Anderson In this latest video, I cook a dessert pizza inspired by a Custard Tart.
Obviously, this just means it is pretty simple.
The base is using my New York Style Dough (see my recipe on the channel, it comes out perfect every time), which is then part baked and covered in custard and nutmeg. I then cook it a while longer before topping it with some shortbread.
