Our latest pizza takes pistachios and turns then into pesto. Talk about delicious.
To make the pesto simply blend:
100g Pistachios
50g Parmesan (Or Vegetarian Hard Cheese)
2 Garlic Cloves 80g Basil
150ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
