Joe Anderson Sicilian style pizza or Sfincione is a large square pizza and it tastes delicious.
It has a deeper crust and a nice crispy bottom.
In this video, I make one with Fior Di Latte and Cheddar before putting the sauce on top, although I have also made one with the sauce on the bottom. Either way, it tastes delicious.
