This latest uses our newly acquired Gozney Dome door and steam injector to make some sub style rolls. These are lovely soft rolls which are topped with sesame and poppy seeds.
Ingredients:
- 500g Bread Flour
- 3g Salt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 20ml Olive Oil
- 7g Yeast
- 330ml Water
