Custard, Jam and Toasted Almond Dessert Pizza

Custard, Jam and Almond. Classic ingredients combine to make an amazing looking and tasting dessert pizza.

It’s so easy to make. Just use my basic dough recipe from this channel.

Or you can use the recipe I did which consists of:

  • 650g Strong Bread Flour
  • 350g Type 00 Flour
  • 100g Semolina
  • 1g Dry Active Yeast
  • 665g Luke Warm Water
  • 25g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3g Salt

Combine the flour, and in a separate bowl add the water to the yeast and dissolve. Add the salt and yeast to the flour, along with the oil and combine until you have a soft dough.

Leave to rest for one hour then 24-48 hours in the fridge. Remove from fridge when ready to use and rest for two hours before dividing into 250g pizza dough balls.

Use when ready to make pizza and dessert pizza.

This dough makes my classic NYC dough, which is thinner and crisper.

I’ll do a video for this soon to show you exactly how it is done.

I hope you enjoy the video. If so please like and subscribe.
