Red Onion Focaccia

Thinly sliced red onion, garlic butter and bread cooked in the pizza oven. It’s so tasty and all cooks in under 5 minutes.

It’s a perfect accompaniment to our Lentil Bolognese which will be live on our YouTube later this week (or is live now if you are reading this long after this video posted).

It’s great bread, so make sure to give it a try.

Here is the dough recipe:

  • 650g Bread Flour
  • 350g Type 00 Flour
  • 100g Semolina
  • 650g Water
  • 25g Olive Oil
  • 2g Yeast

Mix ingredients and leave for one hour. After which you can ball up into 250g balls and leave in the fridge overnight or use them after a minimum of eight hours proving. You can then use 500g of this dough to make the bread and use the rest for pizzas or freeze to use another time.
