Today I’m making a Portuguese‑inspired pizza sandwich loaded with proper piri‑piri heat, roasted peppers, olives, caramelised onion and mozzarella. It’s spicy, garlicky, smoky and ridiculously satisfying — everything you want from Portuguese flavours but in a crispy, pressed pizza sandwich.
