I walk through the full experience including the build quality and bake results, and how the pan behaves in a high‑heat outdoor oven like the Dome. If you’ve been wondering whether this pan is worth adding to your pizza or bread setup, this video gives you the real‑world answer.

If you want to know how to make the dough, then here is our recipe:
- 1000g Type 00 Flour
- 670ml Water
- 30ml good quality olive oil (plus some for the top when dimpling)
- 3g Dried Instant Yeast (Not fast acting)
- 10g Salt Mixed Herbs (for spreading on top of Foccacia)
We mix the dough and leave it overnight. Then the next day ball it and leave it to settle in the tin. Once it gets up to room temperature it easily fits to the shape of the tin. Then dimple, with olive oil fingers and spread with herbs or topping of choice.
Can also be used for pizza toppings.
Enjoy!
