Today I’m making a roasted red pepper, fior di latte, chilli and mascarpone pizza — but with a twist.
My Gozney Dome floor cracked, and the pizza stone I used was already broken before the cook even started. Instead of giving up, I came up with a DIY fix and still pulled off an absolute banger of a pizza.
This video shows the full process: prepping the toppings, managing heat on a damaged stone, and how I still got a proper leopard‑spotted, evenly baked result.
