Scottish Breakfast Rolls – Made in a Pizza Oven

This latest uses our newly acquired Gozney Dome door and steam injector to make some Scottish Morning Rolls. I love these rolls and as you can see, they came out fantastic using the pizza oven.


  • 500g Bread Flour
  • 3g Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 15ml Olive Oil
  • 7g Yeast
  • 300ml Water
