Joe Anderson This latest uses our newly acquired Gozney Dome door and steam injector to make some Scottish Morning Rolls. I love these rolls and as you can see, they came out fantastic using the pizza oven.
Ingredients:
- 500g Bread Flour
- 3g Salt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 15ml Olive Oil
- 7g Yeast
- 300ml Water
