Woodfired Smoked Salmon and Mascarpone Pizza

Today we thought we would try a bit of an odd pizza inspired by a Salmon Pasta dish we like.

This pizza uses Salmon with a Tomato and Mascarpone base. I did mean to sprinkle some fresh dill on top too, but I forgot.

This pizza certainly won’t be for everyone, but there you go.
