I’ve had a lot of requests about how I make my New York Style Pizza dough, so I thought it was about time I made a video showing you how.
To be honest, it is very easy, it just takes time, although it’s totally worth it.
Day 1:
- 300g Type 00 Flour
- 300ml Water
- 3g Yeast
- 5g Honey
Day 2
- 200g Semolina
- 450g Type 00 Flour
- 300ml Water
- 5g Salt
- 5g Yeast
Day 3
- It’s ready, follow the video for instructions on how to rest and then use.
