Double Fermented NY Style Pizza Dough

I’ve had a lot of requests about how I make my New York Style Pizza dough, so I thought it was about time I made a video showing you how.

To be honest, it is very easy, it just takes time, although it’s totally worth it.

Day 1:

  • 300g Type 00 Flour
  • 300ml Water
  • 3g Yeast
  • 5g Honey

Day 2

  • 200g Semolina
  • 450g Type 00 Flour
  • 300ml Water
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Yeast

Day 3

  • It’s ready, follow the video for instructions on how to rest and then use.
