It’s time for yet another recipe. Once again in video form.
The inspiration for this dessert came from me wanting to make something with Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. I don’t know why, but for some reason I just wanted to.
So anyway, with a mixture of Mascarpone Cheese, HobNobs, Crunchy Nut Cornflakes and Chocolate, I figured you probably couldn’t go wrong and believe me you can’t.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 100g HobNobs
- 200g Crunchy Nut Cornflakes
- 150g Milk Chocolate
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 110g Butter
- Vanilla Extract
- 500g Mascarpone Cheese
