NY Style Pizza – Start to Finish

It’s been a while since I’ve done a tutorial / dough recipe and this one is a cracker. If you love New York style pizza then this recipe is full proof. Sure it takes a few days to make, but it is worth the wait as it is amazing. We love this pizza, it is so delicious.


Day 1:

  • 300g Americana Flour
  • 300ml Water
  • 3g Yeast

Day 2:

  • 450g Americana Flour
  • 200g Semola
  • 300ml Water
  • 50ml Olive Oil
  • 3g Yeast
  • 10g Sugar
  • 3g Salt

Day 3:
