It’s curry time and this Lentil Dhal is absolutely delicious.
I’d probably recommend using the measurements below as I made a big batch.
Standard size ingredients :
300g Red Lentils Cooked and Drained
1 Large Carrot 1 Sweet Potato
1 Red / Yellow Peppers
1 Carton Coconut Cream
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli
For the stock:
750ml Vegetable Stock
1 Tbsp fresh Ginger (or 1 level Tsp Ground Ginger)
1 Tbsp Curry Powder 1 Tsp Tumeric
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin
Salt and Pepper
