I Made PIZZA TACOS… and They Might Be My Best Creation Yet!

Pizza tacos?

Does it work? Well, I might have invented my new favourite fusion food. These mini pizza bases get loaded with a creamy cheese sauce, fior di latte, BBQ pulled oyster mushrooms (or your veg/meat of choice), rocket, pickled red onion, coriander, and a sweet almond salsa.

Served with dips and my homemade pizza nachos (deep‑fried pizza dough shaped like nacho chips), this is the ultimate comfort‑food mashup.
