Gluten Free Pizza Dough
475g Gluten Free flour
3g Dry Yeast
340g Water
3g Salt
Mix, form into a doughball and place in the fridge for 24 Hours. Next day, take out of the fridge, divide into three 250g doughballs, leave to settle for two hours and then roll into a 12″ pizza.
