Joe Anderson Filo Verde’s vegan cheese made a promising first impression with its artisan branding and Mediterranean flair.
But while it checks the boxes for plant-based and eco-conscious credentials, the flavor didn’t quite deliver. Texture leaned too waxy, with a tang that felt more curious than crave-worthy.
If you’re looking for a bold alternative to dairy, this might not be the one.
