Margherita Pizza with Red Pesto


Our latest pizza takes some truffle oil and drizzles it on some mushrooms and olives. Tasty.

Red Pesto Recipe:

  • 120ml Olive Oil
  • 25g Pine Nuts
  • 25g Parmesan
  • 20 Basil Leaves
  • 250g Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Chilli

Roughly blend.
