Lemon and Herb Salmon Woodfired Pizza with Crème Fraiche

We’ve just been on a driving tour of France, and while we were there, we noticed that the French love Salmon on pizza, so as a tribute to our amazing time in the north and south of France, we decided to make a pizza inspired by France.

This pizza includes Lemon and Herb Salmon, Creme Fraiche, Dill and some Garlic and Herb Olive Oil.
