My latest recipe is for some Muffins, just because I wanted to see how well they would bake in the Gozney Pizza Oven. Luckily they came out really well and taste great.
Of course you could also just bake them in a conventional oven at about 220c. It’s still nice to know they can be done outdoors too though.

Ingredients
- 375g Self Raising Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 200g Granulated Sugar
- 240ml Milk
- 120ml Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- Handfull Blueberries
- 100g Chopped Walnuts
- 250g Chocolate Chips
