Woodfired Olive Bread

This latest recipe uses our newly acquired Gozney Dome door and steam injector to make some amazing Olive Bread.

This bread is really tasty and well worth trying.


  • 450g Bread Flour
  • 3g Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7g Olive oil
  • 7g Yeast
  • 260ml Water
  • 100g Olives
