This latest pizza takes a classic Margherita pizza and flips it backwards. Using a cheese base, it is then topped with tomato sauce and a basil sauce which is made of extra virgin olive oil, basil, a squeeze of lemon, two cloves of garlic and seasoned with salt and pepper.
It’s sweet and tasty and well worth trying.
