Joe Anderson This latest video is for a mushroom pizza with a creamy garlic sauce. I figured garlic sauce would go really nice with mushrooms and it does.
Making the sauce is easy, just make a roux with a large tablespoon of butter and two tablespoons of flour and stir on heat. Then simply add milk a little at a time until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce is ready simply crush in your desired amount of garlic, herbs and season with salt and pepper.
