Woodfired Aubergine Pizza

Aubergine on pizza is fantastic, which is why our latest woodfired bake includes this versatile vegetable.

Combining this pizza with parmesan, fresh mozzarella and aubergine made it just perfect. The pizza uses a 48 hour dough which is made with a combination of Americana flour, Semola and Bread flour.

It’s delicious.
