Pita Bread is amazing and once you make your own you’ll never want to go back to the ones you buy in the shop.
This recipe is really simple and requires:
- 300g bread flour
- 100g wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 60ml Olive Oil
- 325ml Water
- 7g Instant Yeast
Simply blend the ingredients and rest for 1 hour, then divide into eight, roll into a doughball and rest for another 30 mins. They are then ready to use.
