Deep Pan pizza is amazing.
The problem is that cooking it in a pizza oven is not that easy.
It’s all about getting the timing right and also the correct amount of dough.
For this recipe, I used two of my 320g NY Style Pizza dough balls which were previously frozen. It worked perfectly.
The pan used here is an Ooni, which I have linked in the description of the video.
