Joe Anderson Our Gozney Dome was away for repair as you may know and after two weeks it is back, although instead of being repaired, it was replaced with a new one.
To celebrate the return of this amazing pizza oven, I’ve decided to try something a little different, a one pan chocolate chip cookie. I wasn’t sure how well this would come out, but it came out amazing.
Overall it took around 10 mins to cook, which me having heated the oven up to 400oC and then baked the cookie with no flame for 8 mins then with a low flame at the far side of the oven for another 2 mins.
It’s likely I would have cooked this a lot differently had I had the door, which I believe is available next year.
