Woodfired NY Style Margherita Pizza

I’ve been wanting to cook a large New York style pizza for a long time and now I can, and with wood too.

This dough is a double fermented style and is made over 48 hours. (I’ll share this dough recipe soon).

The dough ball is sized is 320g, giving a large 14″ pizza that tastes amazing thanks to the wood flame.
