Joe Anderson I made my first woodfired Pizzas Cooking with wood is oh so good and in my opinion, adds a different aroma and taste to the flavour of the dough.
I don’t really like prawns myself, so this one was for the wife.
Don’t worry though I had a lovely Pineapple and Jalapeno pizza which was perfect.
