American Style Dough

This dough is easy to make either the same day or leave and have the next day. It gives a really nice thin and crispy base, so can be used in a pizza oven or in a normal home oven. Either way, it tastes delicious.


  • 650g Strong Bread Flour
  • 250g Typo 00 Flour
  • 100g Wholemeal Flour (or Semolina works too)
  • 650ml Luke Warm Water – 25ml Olive Oil
  • 3g Dry Yeast
  • 3g Salt
