Lemon Meringue Pizza Pie

Recreating desserts in pizza form is becoming really interesting and this one is a total winner.

Using a base of Lemon Curd, I then add Marshmallow Fluff and toast it in the pizza oven before sprinkling with Meringue and Limoncello.

Tell you what, it tastes amazing.

It’s even good the next day as the lemon caramelises into the pizza.
