Joe Anderson This pizza was more of an experiment just to see if a pizza with a chocolate base would work and it did. For the toppings, I decided to go with custard, cream and strawberries.
It tastes great although the tinned cream does seem to melt overnight, so it would probably be best to whip your own cream if leaving overnight because this is a pizza that does taste great the next day.
