This recipe is for a basic pizza dough.
It is perfect for the home oven and makes lovely pizzas. You can use this dough the same day though the longer you leave it to rise and ferment the better it will taste.
- 1kg Strong Bread Flour (or 00 Flour)
- 3-7g Yeast (depending on how soon you want to use the dough)
- 3g Salt
- 670ml Warm Water
It is very easy to make for the beginner and tastes great too. I do have plenty of other and more complex dough recipes.
I will be making pizza with various doughs so keep an eye on the channel.
